Arkham City Calendar Man. In order to get this achievement, you have to visit the calendar man in his cell at special dates. How exactly am i supposed to achieve this?

In order to get this achievement, you have to visit the calendar man in his cell at special dates. Calendar man was the first criminal to occupy the courthouse, but two face came and had calendar man thrown in a cell below.
